About the CAUSE:
Bondi Gaels are completing a sponsored 10km walk to raise funds to support not only the Irish Support Agency (ISA) on their amazing work for our community but the running costs of our Gaelic Football Club!

🎊: Afters in the Mercantile Hotel - 5pm onwards
💰All proceeds raised will be split equally between Bondi Gaels and the ISA
About BONDI GAELS:
Bondi Gaels was founded by Roscommon men David Keane and Darraigh Hussey, along with Tipperary’s Peader Byrne, in response to the growing Irish community in Sydney and the need for another Gaelic football club.
Starting with a men’s senior team, Bondi Gaels has grown over the past decade into an established NSW GAA club, now fielding both men’s and women’s teams.
The ladies team joined the Club last year (2025) and achieved great success, winning the Ladies Intermediate League this year (2026) and earning promotion to Senior Championship. Their addition has been a huge boost to the Club.
Today, Bondi Gaels is proud to stand alongside Sydney’s established GAA clubs.
About the IRISH SUPPORT AGENCY:
The ISA is a wonderful organisation who provide practical and emotional support to Irish people across NSW, particularly when they are going through difficult or vulnerable circumstances.
The ISA assist with helping people access government entitlements, housing and homelessness, mental health and wellbeing, legal and welfare issues, support for older Irish Australians, people who are isolated, in crises, funeral/repatriation, and many other issues.
We at Bondi Gaels are proud to support a brilliant and vital agency for the Irish community here in Sydney!
